*NEW STUDENTS: Manually add the registration fee to the cart before checkout. Registration fee is per student, not per family. Continuing students do NOT add the registration fee.

    • New performing choir students (CC, CH, or HC) must receive prior approval by passing the mandatory audition process. Fill out audition form HERE, or contact the artistic director.
  • New training choir students (CTC) please contact the registrar to determine class placement, based on availability.

ALL STUDENTS: Along with MainStreet registration, there are 3 important documents:

1. Emergency Form & Liability Waiver

(Download, type, print, sign and bring first day of class). Forms need to be updated each year. The liability waiver must be turned in on the first day to participate in class.

2. Cantabella Parent Handbook

Read and/or print a copy for your records. The handbook covers all the information and policies for Cantabella (updated June 2018). Please read carefully and make sure you agree to its terms.

3. Family Info Sheet

All families please fill out this form for the 2019-20 choral year. MainStreet tracks class registration only, additional info is needed for CCC to run efficiently, as well as gather volunteer (or non-volunteer) preferences.

Payments: pay in full upon registration, or pay in 2 installments each semester (with a $20 admin fee). Please see the Parent Handbook for details and refund policy.

Volunteering: you will have an option to volunteer or pay the $100 non-participation fee each semester. After September 12, 2019, the non-participation fee is $125 per student. 

Prospective New Students: to express interest in our upcoming session, you may fill out the Training Choir Application for younger choristers (K-5th), or Application for Audition for the performing choirs (5th-12th).
