Registration Forms

The registration packets for the 2008-2009 year are now available. Click on the link below. This packet includes a Welcome page, Class Guide (includes class times, dates and locations as well as tuition fees), registration form (one per family), and a payment form. You will also need to complete one Emergency Form per child registering. Deadline for registration: July 27, 2008. After that, enrollment slots are no longer guaranteed.

A Scholarship Fund is available to assist students who wish to participate in Cantabella but are unable to do so due to long-term or temporary financial constraints.

Children in the K-5th grades who are interested in joining the Cantabella Training Choir (CTC) Kodaly classes can sign up on our waiting list to be contacted as openings become available.

Children in the 4th--10th grades interested in joining CCC or CH who have not participated in Cantabella

previously are invited to apply for an audition when openings are available. Auditions for the two performing choirs, CCC and CH, for the 2008-2009 year will take place during the summer until all classes are filled.
